KPO IB to BB/Domestic IB - How to make the switch?

Same as title. Currently working as a Client facing IB analyst at a KPO. Any advice on how I can make a switch to Indian/BB IBs in their FO without needing a Tier1 MBA? CFA L2 passed & Tier 1.5 if that helps. Thanks, would love to get some responses on this!

Most of the posts that I've seen here are from tech folks. Looks like a great community for them. But I'm not sure if there are any folks interested in IB or PE here. But let me try... I come from a decent B school and working with a good brand. The only issue I see is in terms of learning and growth. I'm supporting the US market right now and the work appears to be very mundane and dead. Looks like even 2 yrs down the line, I'll be doing the same ad hoc support work with no proper deal exp. Not sure where my career will be headed if I stay here too long. Thinking of trying for Indian I-Banks like Kotak, Avendus or o3. Any advice from anyone who's made any such move? How should one go about it?

Please give the reality check for IB salaries in India of both Domestic IBs like Avendus, Ambit, etc. vs. JP Morgan, Goldman, Deutsche etc? And how to get into these roles right after your undergraduation?

I have approx 1 year of experience in the banking sector as a Corporate Banker. I am trying to switch my industry but I am not getting any positive results. Is it possible to switch from the banking sector if yes then in which profile I should apply, I am into core finance or sales profiles. Please advice
