Suggestion - Flipkart marketing role?

Hey guys, this is my first ever post on Grapevine. Wanted your opinion regarding an important decision - I'm currently working as a lower/mid level manager in the marketing team of Dell. Now my job is fairly chill but the growth has been super slow (way underpaid for my experience).

I've bagged one offer from FK (fairly decent hike), but everyone has been scaring me about the toxic culture and the perpetual threat of layoffs.

What to do?

Would you mind sharing salary and yoe? Generally in big companies, your manager and team matters more than overall culture.

Salary looks great for a non T1/T2 grad. Also, now that they are done with a round layoffs, things should be a little stable now...however the IPO pressure will be there.

IMO you should take it, worst case you will have a culture miss match and will look for a new role in a year.

Flipkart is very toxic. Best to avoid. People are in dire straits trying to move out

Is it central mktg role or for a category? Culture depends a lot on category n business head
