Independent floors possible. I know a few properties like that but documentation and loans are tricky. My preference is only for builder projects.

Hey, notifs were off saw after long. So basically very good up and coming societies where people with business and IT backgrounds have invested. All houses look like of crorepati's. Once you visit you'll see for yourself. Let me know if you need locality names

Since real estate is going up day by day, the chance of landing a house of a Cat A builder is going down.
Try sjr Hamilton homes near rayasandra.
ahad, ds Max, parkway homes, some plotted development in gattahalli/huskur area.
It's not very far from bellandur.
Prices are not that high either.
