Non tech hiring, need help

Have been hunting for a job for a while. Non tech background and completed mba in 2022. Open to working in sales, marketing and no industry preference as such! I keep hearing news that some companies are hiring in bulk and some have hiring freeze. So is this the time to upskill into one of the trendy things or keep looking for a job ? Advise, experiences and informs about companies hiring is most welcome!

Guys I have been laid.off because project never took off. Please let me know any non tech roles in product management, product marketing, partnership and KaM. Have around 10 YOE. Preferably mumbai.

My colleague got laid off last week as part of our headcount reduction and is looking for a new role. She’s a tier-1 bschool alum and have more than 10+ years of experience. Please help me to find some leads for her. TIA

Hi guys. My company is probably going to go under soon. I am from a decent Grad college which is not famous and from a worse MBA college which no one knows. I have 2 yoe as a Data PM. This is my order of priority: 1. A big company which won't fire people for the next 3-4 yrs. 2. AI Product Management. I know stuff but very little experience. No formal education here. 3. Fintech since my current role involves finance and accounting stuff Would love referrals, mentorship and gyaan.
