YOE 4.5 CTC 17 Current Domain - DevOps with development experience in startup Looking to shift to MNCs how much should negotiate for expected CTC ? This will be my first change and all my 4.5 of exp os from single company so not sure on how much i can ask while negotiating plus suggest. If possible please suggests companies that pay more for devops/Sre roles

Hi fishes, I have 3 yoe as Java, Spring Boot developer. I am serving notice period and current ctc is 7.92 LPA (6.48 fixed). I have an offer from Infosys 12 LPA (I guess 10.1 fixed) and today I'm gonna have a call with HR from DBS for offer negotiation. I am planning to ask for 15 Fixed. Please suggest me if I am asking for a reasonably fixed salary. Can I also ask for a joining bonus?? Kindly pen down any suggestions. #DBS #Infosys

Round 1: selected Round 2: selected Round 3: With Hiring Manager selected HR negotiation: that's what is left. ________ I also gave an interview for serviceNow. For IC2 | SQA Round 1: Selected. Round 2: it's Tomorrow. I'm positive I can clear this as well. Any suggestions/advice about what my pay should look like is welcome. I have about 5 YOE and looking for a job change. While I received so many calls from startups for SSE backend roles. During initial discussions I often let the HR know that I am earning 28 lakhs as CTC and I ask for 40 lakhs CTC, they say that they will get back to me but they never do so. Am I doing something wrong? Am I asking for too much. Should I wait for the market to get back to normal? PS: I definitely have the major set of skills they are expecting for the job role.

I am a 2023 grad. I joined a startup but it is asking me to look for new opportunities. I interview at Zeta and recieved an offer. I also have an offer from Service Now. Current compensation: 21 TC (16 base) Zeta : 17 TC(16 base) not ready to increase even after counter offer Service Now: 23 TC(15 base) Hear lot of bad things about zeta like silent layoffs, 0% hike this year and we need to go to office 5 days a week where as it is hybrid at service now. Zeta has better learning and that is the only upside of it. Would love to hear some feedback.

I got offered a position in Adobe as an Architect YOE 12 33 base + bonus 5L bonus. RSU - 50K USD across 4 years PF etc - 2.5L Am I being lowballed? My current CTC is 29.3L with 32% variable on top of it. I tried negotiating but with no luck, RSU was increased from 40K to 50K as a result of that.
