Need Help

Hi, can anyone refer me to TCS, it's been close to 2 years in CTS. Have knowledge in Manual Testing with Facets, Salesforce and Automation Testing with CITS, Selenium and Salesforce. I'm from Kolkata area, also want this area. Can anyone please help me? this is my first switch having less idea about this.

Working in TCS Kolkata and really looking for a job change. Current scenario is terrible at work . BFSI not paying the full variable allowance for over 2 years. Salary hikes much lower than industry standard. Terrible atmosphere at office where people are trying to put blame on others . Whoever goes for tea with manager is supposedly most important resource in the project. BaNCS product platform is the worst example of product yet company is forcing us to work on it. Manager refuses to release from project even after multiple request. 5 days mandatory attendance at office is expected with threats of deduction from salary in case of less attendance No timings maintained.People are calling at night and expecting to get work done at the spot.So people are expected to work both at office and home which is taking a toll on personal life. Leaves are not getting granted for no reason. Promotion pending for over 2 years with no ETA from manager. Request anyone to provide referral if available. Thanks in advance.

I have overall 14plus years of experience in both retail banking and customer service Having good experience in also AML. Now currently working as Business process lead in TCS - BOA Ofac support. I wanted to move abroad will this experience help me in a getting a job onsite. OR SUGGEST ME HOW I CAN TAKE UP MY CAREER. I wanted to move into IT any courses would help me??? I am getting only 8.64lacs per annum. How to move to IT from BFSI with this experience.

Hi Guys, I am an 11.7 yrs experian e with less than 8lpa salary in tcs. As time chamges I needed a switch desparately for family goals. I have experience in powerbi, sql, db2, redshift. I’m currently working in CTS as PA with a package of approx 4.3 LPA. It’s been 2 years here and it’s a complete waste of time. First, they put me on bench after training and then recently, in Dec’23, onboarded me in a project. I’m looking for a change since there’s no learning at all here. Would be great if any of you good help me with an opportunity. Preferably a position requiring knowledge in Snowflake.
