Recommended Packers and Movers

I have managed to get a job in Bangalore and need to move from my current rental in Gurgaon. I have shifted my items many times through the last years and have never had a fully positive experience - 1. I have always got my items damaged post the transit. 2. I have always had to pay way more to the loading and unloading folks. Can anyone relate to this? Can anyone recommend a good Movers and Packers who are literally no-frills?

I have tried no broker a couple of times. Not the best of experience so far. I am planning to move within the city. The furniture is of a usual 2bhk. Can you guys share your experience, also the price for size of the house

Any good recommendations for the below: 1. Packers and movers: Good quality packing to ensure goods don't get damaged. 2. Warehouse storage options in Gurgaon. Please suggest. Thanks in advance :)

I haven't been doing mentally well since I don't know when. I've been extremely self critical about myself to the extent that it has negatively affected my relationship with loved ones. I think I have ADHD as I strongly feel I have the symptoms that are described in YouTube or in any article online. To make matters worse, I am not doing well in terms of my career, my finances have taken a hit, have gained 12+ kilos since a year, unable to focus on work and upskilling and I have anger issues. I am 30 YO and I feel my life is turning into a disaster. Can someone please recommend therapists in Bangalore to whom I can talk face to face? I sometimes feel I'm seeking sympathy but in reality, I just need help. There is a lot of guilt, regret and self hatred rooted deep inside me which has wrecked my confidence, self love, compassion which has started to affect others. So if you guys know anyone, please let me know.

I have to relocate to Bangalore for job as a fresher (Office at Bellandur) by end of July. They're providing a 10 day accomodation and later I'll have to arrange a PG or apartment for myself. All suggestions regarding the property hunting, travel arrangements within the city, etc are needed and welcome. PS: Share your noteworthy experiences ;)
