Guys, I am in product domain having ~5 years of experience with overall 7 years of experience. At which designation, should I be working?
It all depends on scope, roles you worked before. Usually, in India 5 YoE translates into SPM.
SPM also has a huge range, SPM at FAANG ~= AD/Dir at Indian unicorns
Plus at an early age startup 5 years can be translated into a VP designation
