Without doing almost much of work my manager changed my title from Tse to SE(Software engineer)
Still I don't understand all the code , and freshers are joining , worrying that they will learn faster and better than me π€π¨π₯²π«
I don't wanna be harsh but if you're in a service based company, don't get too happy. It's part of the procedure. My friend is in persistent for the last three years, now is a sr engineer, still doesn't know typescript/next js.
If you want to improve, solve some bugs, write test cases, help maintain documentation.
Don't drop the manager's "tea" :p
What did the T stand for though?
