How is Job Market for Performance/Growth Marketing roles ?

Was laid off last month and currently looking for growth/performance marketing roles, but couldn’t find much roles available or even if it’s there it’s more of junior or package is very less. so want to understand from others who are in similar roles searching or having any opening in your current orgs.

I’m actively looking out for PMM or Growth Marketing roles. Already serving my notice period, can join from 1st of June. Founder’s Office roles are would also work. 6+ YOE in marketing, and 3 in product marketing. Based out Bangalore. The past 4 weeks have been frustrating. No legit leads even though there are openings. Please help. Would be grateful.

I have been actively applying for marketing jobs, the situation seems very dismal. Packages are pretty low, companies are not ready to pay above 12 lpa. Without an MBA, you will suffer. With an MBA, you will suffer but will have a loan to make life worse. What to do in the next one year to earn more than 30 lakhs

Guys I have worked with 3 years in Deloitte in cloud strategy team as analyst prior mba and since a year worked with digital team Need openings in Bangalore in consulting/ early PM roles ( APM roles) or marketing related. Kindly help

Why are there no head of brand/marketing/communication open positions in Bangalore? Why suddenly all open positions are in Gurgaon/Mumbai?
