Need Suggestions for Switching
Hi, I am currently working in a service based company (7 months exp) and I want to switch to a better place where I can learn and upskill myself. What should be the requirement to grab a decent offer 10-15 LPA? DSA , Projects or anything which I need to focus on? Please guide

Find out what kind of job you want, read JDs, and learn everything whatever is feasible for you by selecting topics from these JDs.
DSA and all will help in interviews, but you'll get jobs as experienced professional only if you have real usable skill.
I am looking for a software developer role but I am stuck in a support project and if I add that in my resume then it will make problems to be shortlisted

Talk to the developers and learn how exactly the product works, understand everything about it. Ask for stuff to work on from your manager. Keep pushing for work in development, they'll have to grant you access to code repo for that if you don't already have it. Once you have that you can go though code, and since now you know how everything, you can lie confidently on resume. That you did development.
