Anyone hiring Interns from Tier 2/3 colleges?

Hello viners! I'm a 2023 B.Tech graduate from Tier-1 college. My offer has been delayed so I'm looking for software engineering opportunities, both full-time or internship would do. I looked a lot on LinkedIn and other job boards but most of the openings have a min. 1 year experience required. I'm creating this post for people who are hiring freshers and for freshers who are looking for opportunities including me. I request people who have any leads to put it in the comments (startups are most welcomed). There are a lot of guys like me who are struggling so please take some time out and help us. I am a final year computer engineering student and am currently looking for ML engineer or software engineer opportunities, I have done two internships, one for 6 months as a backend developer and another as an ML Engineer for 10 months, I am an excellent learner and know python, Machine Learning, deep learning, NLP, TensorFlow, django, javascript, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Go etc and I can also learn any other language or tool or framework easily, so if you have an open position or you are hiring then please consider me. Currently in 3rd year of B.Tech Electrical engineering from tier-1 college. I didn't get any internship as only 2 companies came for interns that too took only 6 people( 1 - nvidia and 5 - Texas). I tried applying on LinkedIn and Indeed and cold mailing HRs but I am not getting any return mails from any HR. I have applied to the summer internship program of IITs but I think I don't have a chance as my CGPA is low compared to others(8.42/10). What do I do to get an intern?
