Working into edtech sales from the past year, salary and incentives are good but 0 work life balance, should I take a risk and switch to the IT domain as I'm an engineer by education. Just give me some insights my friends

So recently Unacademy came to our college for the role of Junior Educator, I'm currently pursuing cse (b.tech) Is it worth it? and what will be the work life balance? pls answer thank you

Anyone here working for upgrad? Will be interviewing for them, just wanted to know about their WLB and other benefits? (If any lol?) Wary of edtech startups being crapshoot and prone to layoffs, but overall they're giving a nice bump on my existing CTC, just want to make sure not jeopardizing something in the long run although my preference has been getting the bag but not at the cost of my sanity.

Here is my background:- 1. Started Working as a full stack intern at a startup at 10K per month in April 2021. (Let's refer to this startup as A). 2. Joined A as FTE at 8LPA in Jan 2022. 3. Graduated in June 2022. 4. Salary got increased to 12LPA in July 2022. 5. The startup (A) was acquired in Feb 2023 by a big fintech and salary was increased to 18 LPA (14.4 Fixed, rest variable). Considering my experience and salary, should I think about a company switch? Honestly I do think that my learnings have become stagnant lately, I want to explore new tech which I am unable to do now. What do you all think?

Hey everyone, I am currently working as a security analyst working for a company that provides pentesting as a service to its clients. I am getting paid 17lpa fixed salary. I earn 80-90k from freelancing every month pre taxes. So should I switch or not. It's been 3 years I am in this company and I can't see much growth now. I will be doing the same work. The work is full remote and the culture of company s also nice and workload is fine. What should I do? Should I look for a product based company but most of them call onsite. I want remote work only that is mandatory.

Graduated in 2021 have 2 yoe working in a b2b unicorn as sde-1, earning 20lpa fixed no esops. I made one switch last year. But now I realised I was learning more in my previous product company. Here most of the work is boring like writing repeated sql queries minor bug fixes and very little coding. Is 20lpa low as per industry standards for 2 yoe in bengaluru ?

I want to stay at my current company and negotiate a higher salary as the culture and growth opportunity is amazing. The salary is the only negative for me. Want to understand if anyone has done this before and if y'all think this would work? Also any suggestions you may have?
