I received an offer from Accenture and accepted it also. After that my recruiter is not reachable via mail or phone. Is this normal in Accenture? Whom can I contact in this situation? I have also put resignation in current organisation. Please help.

I was holding 2 offers during that time and I waited for one month to join Accenture, as there was response I opted the other company and they were good enough to take me.
