Hey everyone, I am currently working as a security analyst working for a company that provides pentesting as a service to its clients. I am getting paid 17lpa fixed salary. I earn 80-90k from freelancing every month pre taxes. So should I switch or not. It's been 3 years I am in this company and I can't see much growth now. I will be doing the same work. The work is full remote and the culture of company s also nice and workload is fine. What should I do? Should I look for a product based company but most of them call onsite. I want remote work only that is mandatory.

I want to switch my job because I am underpaid but at the same time I am little bit afraid by thinking What will happen in new organisation, in new team, new manager, new client, I have to prove again myself in front of my new team and my new manager etc.. What should I do? I am currently working as a Individual Contributor (IC) role with 9 YOE and having good rapo with my team and manager. And if I switch to new organisation, there won't be career option for me to go to management role (atleast for initial few years) Please suggest?

Currently I’m working with a finance company as a operations manager for an year now. It is my first full time job after graduating. I only have one year of experience as of now. The thing is altho my role is completely remote and I’m getting around 80k per month, and work life balance is good. I don’t get much work load but I’m not getting any new skills and also I don’t enjoy the role or the company. I want to pursue a career as a Security analyst or similar domain but it’s hard to get into this department. Should I continue in this company or switch to another with my preferred role.

I have Angular, DotNet, SAP cloud etc major experience in Startup as well as MNC. but still getting paid below 5LPA. I want to switch but past 1 year , it's getting demotivating feeling. I am unable to switch despite of leetcode, code chef etc.

I am a Software Engineer with 6 years of work experience. Currently working for a US based startup. Previously I have worked for Amazon and a couple of Indian startups. My current org is remote and I am working from my hometown. It's super chill in this company and work is only to build CRUD and APIs. I feel too stagnant here, my manager is also super chill and is in retirement mode. I feel this will message my future. I joined this company so I can work on my start up but haven't been very active there too. Recently a Google recruiter contacted me for a L4 role and had the recruiter screen and he scheduled the interview for the next month. Google base monthly salary for L4 is way below my current since it's a US based startup. But with RSUs Google annual CTC his higher. I am confused whether to continue in my org and focus back on startup or start preparing for Google interview. In the long term I want to start my company. At the same time Google will offer an AI ecosystem and resources that will help my startup. Please share your views.

How do i make a move to change career? I feel so stuck with this daily routine and this Job is not exciting me anymore it's been 2 years in a role but I am afraid what if i find a worst role than the current one. I am working as a associate consultant and supporting a non tech project here. Thanks!

I’m an Entry Level engineer having 1.7 years of experience in a WITCH company, mostly working on Spring, AWS, Core Java backend stack. I’m looking to switch to a better company for my growth as I don’t find any opportunities here and the learning has been very slow. I’m currently learning frontend (Angular) and K8s. Have tried giving my resumé to multiple companies everywhere but no luck. Is it very hard for someone having backend experience of 1.7 years to switch?

Hey guys, i'm planning to switch my company after 8 months in the company and there is a notice of 2 months so that would be 10 months in the company. I feel out of place here, though I have delivered so far (6 months) because i'm picking tasks which I know, I don't know how long it will last. I'm stuck in a client project and i'm scared that if I get something I don't know and I don't deliver, I'll be yelled at. I'm looking for companies with good work life balance and culture, non client work. Below are the companies I know which have good culture 1. SAP labs 2. NatWest Group 3. Fidelity International 4. American Express Do you guys know any other good companies with good culture, work life balance and preferably non client work.

After 5 years of working as a SAP functional consultant, it sometimes feels as if we are lacking behind in terms of compensation as compared to newer technologies like data analytics, data engineering, etc. Is it worth switching to such emerging technologies like analytics, big data etc after working in SAP for 5 years?
