My seniors have been saying that they have been hearing it for at least the past 15-20 years, and it's still here. 
  
 The thing is like other things in the world especially the IT world, this role and responsibilities keep changing but the role is not going anywhere for sure.

Hey guys,

So i was asking questions to one engineer manager about quality analyst. I asked her how sdet as field in general as i already have 5 years of experience in QA field. Learning side by side coding for a next switch. She said do something else except QA as in her experience, her previous companies do not have QA team itself. So i am little confused as a career path. So wanted to ask how you guys software at your workplace and does sdet role will have significance in this market in future?

What are some top Product Companies for SDET/QA Engineers?

So I have been looking for a QA with tech Stack (Selenium, Java, Python,Maven, TestNG, Cucumber,Maven, Api Testing using Postman, Appium Mobile Testing and SQL) with 2+ years of experience also having Competency in Power Bi and Api Development using Python. 

I am ready to relocate anywhere in India and can join within 1 month.

Hi All is Automation QA a good career choice  what I generally feel is SDE is much more recession proof and rewarding and easy to switch jobs as well . With QA is it decent enough to get a good pay at a good company and is it future proof .

Is Automation QA a good role

Hi Folks I'm graduated in 2023 from a Tier 3 College with 7LPA at a startup 
I'm working here in automation but framework is company built and I'm feeling like I'm learning nothing
I want to switch to dev 
But these DSA and everything scare me I'm good to nothing
And I don't see a scope in Quality Engineering
And I have a student loan to pay of its of sum around 8 Lakhs
I want to switch to a high paying job
Because I live with my family
I pay rent 15k Sister takes care of groceries and stuff
I need high pay job but I feel I'm good to no where
What should I do please, tell me how to handle stuff
Sometimes I panic and cry alone 
Need  your suggestion please will matter a lot to me 🙏

Hi guys, 

As a fresher I joined CG, where I got trained and have 2 year experience in software testing, but from beginning I had interest in development, I requested many times to manager but no proper response. And now I got laid off.

Currently searching job as a software
 tester, it's been 6 months no proper interview call getting scheduled

I'm very confused should I continue with testing profile or this is the time to upskill and look for dev role

I have enrolled in full stack course too.

Please give me your opinion on should I continue job hunt for testing or start new
Journey as full stack developer?
