How is the market for Frontend Devs with 2 - 3 YOE? Planning for a switch before Q1 2024.

Hello Folks, I am a full stack dev with 2 YOE and will soon start looking for a switch. Till now I have worked on NodeJS, Express, REST, GQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, Vue and Svelte. The current company is a small startup so if I want to switch into some good and stable company what should I must know like technologies, dsa, good side projects, cloud technologies?

My current CTC is 18, looking to switch hence gauging the market rn, and it'll help me not quote crazy numbers to HRs

What do u think the career trajectory will be for Native Mobile developers after 4-5 Years of experience? ( Android/Ios) Personally I think there are less senior/staff roles in india unless we pivot to BE or people roles we will not have an uptrend in our career. And what do u think about Hybrid frameworks ( like RN and Flutter) ? should we adopt them ASAP ? or not required to grow in the career ladder ? ( Please add YOE while answering It helps to see how early devs vs Exp devs think )

21M in my final year, I have been doing frontend development for the past 2 years mostly into making hybrid apps. Currently working for a remote US startup which is paying more base than faang CTC. I am confused about what should I learn next. Two options which I have are Native app development i.e IOS and Android or backend development i.e full stack developer. What are your thoughts about the upcoming market trends?

I am a frontend developer with almost 5 years of experience. I will complete 3 years in my current company in September. I have gotten a 55% increment so far and am wondering if this is a good time to switch and get a decent hike on my current CTC. How is the market looking for Frontend devs? Should I take a risk or stay where I am for now and see how it goes after a couple of months? Thanks for your input.

3 YOE in FrontEnd well versed in Backend Technologies with 200+ leetcode solved, chose frontend but started hating css. Should I switch for the backend profile? How would It affect my pay? Currently @14LPA, need open suggestions on whether to do so or not?
