Such a spineless leaders and HR people

What will happen if the fired person fights back and refuses to sign the NDA You’re anyway giving only two weeks pay to there’s nothing much to lose really, so can’t I always say I’m not signing the NDA do whatever the fuck you can ?

Maybe they wont get even relieving letter etc. HR processes can make people helpless at times. There are people I know who have become stressed & haggard because of harassment but nobody really wants to challenge HR dept because they can destroy your peace
