Is this package is good? Should I accept this offer? Gurgaon

There’s this chap on GV who posted that they haven’t received any calls for the past 3 months. Has 2.5 years experience with a current ctc around 15L. We spoke to them only to realise their expectations are 32L (26 fixed and 6 in esops) In a market flooded with resumes due to unfortunate situations, is it fair to have such an expectation and at the same time, call out on GV that they haven’t been getting calls for an interview?

I’ve been working as a SWE for GE in Bangalore for nearly two years. First of all the WLB and culture here is incredible. I honestly can’t believe how great the WLB is over here, I work maybe 20 hours a week on average and am rarely ever stressed about anything. They’re not strict about WFO so I can chill at home most of the time. No fixed timings and I also get a ton of leaves. There’s no micromanagement and the culture is chill and professional. Perks are about average for any large MNC. We have a beautiful company campus with plenty of car parking space for everyone. Obviously your mileage may vary depending on the your team, it’s possible I just got lucky. The only con is that the pay is shit. Fresher SWEs are paid around 12 LPA while seniors might earn around 30. Not possible to earn 60+ unless you’re in a leadership position.

Hey Folks, I hope you all are doing extremely well. Wanna get some idea about market pay and the hike I’m getting in a e-commerce company. Worked as a DevOps/Software Engineer for 5 yrs and CCTC is around 30-32 LPA. New company is ready to offer around 42. Is it good offer or should I check for more companies? I know some startup’s are paying like anything and this offer seems to be trivial for 5 yrs experience, but just wanted to know if I should be pursuing this offer or not? Have an offer from a startup with ~20 LPA (fixed + bonuses). Also, going to get an offer from Gameskraft in the coming days. Any ideas on what is the compensation they offer to freshers? The 2022 data was: 16 L(base) + 2 L(recurring bonus) + 15 L(ESOPs over 4 years). Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks!

I want to know which companies in bangalore will pay 30+LPA for 3-3.5yrs frontend developer without taking DSA rounds Or more machine coding, javascript rounds with little DSA. What minimum or maximum can we get if we are looking for switch?
