Is 42 LPA a good offer for YoE - 5 yrs?

I recently got an offer from EY GDS for Senior consultant 3 (supply chain operations and analytics). Can someone please help me should I join the EY Gds. How is the work culture there, compensation and other benefits, and most importantly work pressure. They are offering 22 LPA. Is this fine for 5 YOE.🤔 Someone pls guide🥺

I have spent equal amount of time in MNC and startup facing high salary growths and layoffs. I am currently at 31 LPA in an MNC using all highly demanding tech stack and enjoying what I do. I need help understanding if 31 LPA fixed + (2.5 lpa variable extra) is a right as per standards both ways either underpaid or overpaid. I am more comfortable in an MNC and wanted to get more insights before making a switch.

Software engineer with 2.5 YOE working for US based mid sized company with CTC of 25 LPA base + 1.7 lacs bonus + 10 lacs worth esops. Just wanted to know is this upto the market or should i look for better opportunity. Looking for answers . P.S Its a permanent wfh

I work at a startup which has 100M revenue with small engineering team based in US Canada and some in India. I am earning good here given my YoE. Then comes this big tech working on monoliths and old design patterns with such high salary that I can't imagine at my age and YoE. I think that's how Google/Amazon poached all hard working and hungry engineers and made them a dumb Devs. I think that's how they killed creativity. Nevertheless, OpenAI did come out but that is just 1 company. There should have been more. YoE- 2 TC - 29L New offer- 44L+ other benefits
