Anyone hiring APMs?

Hello folks, I have total 2.5 yrs experience & 1.4 yrs of experience in product where I have- 1. worked on very early-stage startups(e-commerce, fulfillment) 2. collaborated with multiple teams 3. managed product life cycle 4. helped in creating good user experiences With the current competition in the job market, im having a difficult time finding one. Im not at all happy at my current job. There is no sense of respect & recognition whatsoever. I feel like im stuck between multiple excel sheets. There is no core product work happening. Im looking for APM roles preferably in Delhi/Gurgaon location, but open to pune, bangalore as well. Im facing a lot of micromanagement at my current firm from the founder(since he heads product & tech) & i dont have ownership in my role. Even the director of PM shares the same frustration. I feel like after a year of working here i wont have much to show in my cv in core product work. Just to give an example: i started an initiative to call customers for general feedback(satisfaction, whether they actually want what we are doing) & i was told to shut it down & work on things which doesnt have any customer validation. If there are any opportunities available, kindly reach out. Any help would be appreciated. TIA🙂

Anyone hiring APM's at the moment? I applied to urban company & even though I meet most of the requirements I'm pretty sure I'm not gonna get shortlisted because of my college brand. I applied to Phonepe, spinny, MPL as well but i think the result will be the same due to above reason. Any other firms hiring APM's that you know of? Any help would be appreciated🙂 Thanks
