Please suggest if i should switch or wait

I joined Accenture in 2021 at l10 and got promoted in 2022 June to l9 with 30%. After that dint get any increment in salary(only 3% once ) like most of my project colleagues. Now i got an offer with 30% hike but my managers are asking me to stay back,though they won't give me any promotion or increment in June cycle asnit is already locked ( that's what they are saying) but they are assuring me that they will match my offer in two cycles ( major % in dec cycle and remaining June 2025 cycle. Also ,they don't want to give anything in writing and want me to trust them. What should I do ,trust them and stay back or switch with 30% hike. I have total 9yeo and the new organisation is an Indian mnc. Plus I have a good repo here in Accenture and a good work life balance.

Bro never ever believe in what they said. Today they are saying they will match but tomorrow they will just keep delaying and finally won't give you anything. So better switch, rest is upto you.

If wlb is a priority, stay if you feel the other org wont be able to offer the same. Dont expect any salary correction soon else you’ll be disappointed

Been in a similar situation. Money matters but only upto some extent. Do some research, or just check in grapevine itself the avg salary for your exp. in your expertise. If u r below the average, time to take the new offer. If at avg or above, let it pass and continue in Accenture.

There could be a possibility that your manager himself/herself leaves the organization. Don't stay based on assumptions and promises.

Hello Folks , I need some advice making a critical decision,I recently received an offer from PWC and after my negotiation HR told me that 35 percentage of hike on my base pay is the best she can do and this take it leave offer .I took it but now my current company Accenture is ready to match this offer few people at top level are willing to offer me same as part of promotion what I will be getting in PwC will it be wise to switch to PWC even if they are able to match my offer with PWC?

currently I work in an ai consulting company (<40 folks) with 20+ lpa salary. recently I got an offer from a big mnc bank for around 15% hike on my total ctc. I informed my current org yesterday and they have countered me with a 20% hike now. I am confused on what to choose. ps: I have ~5 yoe.

Switch from Deloitte USI to Accenture India. Is it a wise decision ?

Hi All, Recently I got an offer from Accenture ( Kolkata location) in Data & AI vertical. I was interviewed in tech stacks like GenAI, AI&ML. Currently I am working in Deloitte USI and have around 6.5 yrs of experience. I am up for promotion as well but my promotion was denied this year. Not sure what will happen next year. I want to know how's the project in this vertical and job security, wlb in Accenture. Also in the offer letter variable component is mentioned from 0-27%. How's the variable scenario in Accenture. Need your honest opinions. Accenture is giving me 25LPA fixed. Is it a wise option to switch? Thanks in advance.
