Best private bank to work culture-wise

Last week I visited to a private bank, there were almost 2-3 customers and 6-7 employee. Then suddenly manager came out to his chamber and start yelling to a female employee n was saying " tumhare vajah se aaj mujhko call karke 10- 10 hazaar ke liye bhikh mangna pad rha haiv, bhikhmange hai hum ? Sir ka call aayega abhi to kya bolunga, gaali denge mujhe , tum log ko to de nhi skta Mai" and nobody was responding. It's was really tight moment. That day I was thinking how someone works in that hectic environment.. really very high work pressure for just 20-25k rupees 🥲

In India, particularly in Bengaluru. Work here means problem they are solving. Salary includes ctc, perks and stocks. Culture here means work-life balance.

I'm currently a final year cse student at tier-1 College. I just got placed in Deutsche Bank for Analyst role - Technology, data and innovation division. I wanted to know how's the work culture in investment banking companies especially in Deutsche Bank if anyone's working there. I have heard a lot of negatives reviews regarding the work in IB's.

Hey guys, i'm planning to switch my company after 8 months in the company and there is a notice of 2 months so that would be 10 months in the company. I feel out of place here, though I have delivered so far (6 months) because i'm picking tasks which I know, I don't know how long it will last. I'm stuck in a client project and i'm scared that if I get something I don't know and I don't deliver, I'll be yelled at. How do you define work life balance boundaries at work? Everyone in my team works 10-12 hrs daily, it’s business as usual for them. I joined recently and it’s very problematic for me, I literally get no time to do anything else. I fear, that if I highlight this I’ll be singled out. Some people even feel very proud in doing so which I don’t understand. Don’t they want to go back home to their family and spend time with them? Please provide guidance on how to set these boundaries and am I thinking right?
