If your salary is above median PKG of that clg, don't go.
If you hate your job and can't transition through LinkedIn or available online courses, go for 1y mba that too from blacki IIMs.
If you have enough capital and knowledge, best time to start up.
Only if you wanna transition to a management role. Atleast for now it's one of the best routes to get ood opportunities.
If you can transition without an MBA to such a role then feel free to skip it.
2/ The better the college you go to the better your network some years down the line.
