Hones reviews on Cars24
Hey guys, I received an offer from Cars24 for SDE - FE. I read glassdoor reviews which were mostly good. I want some honest reviews from folks working at Cars24 about Work Culture, Approach of Upper management and stuff like that. Thanks in advance.

How much base and overall CTC are they offering? And let me know your YOE and what you're looking for from your next job so that we can give you a more clear direction.
Base is 14 LPA and 2L bonus and other stocks. 1YOE. I have some other good (but small sized) startup offers as well but they are in Pune/BLR. I live in Delhi and that’s why NCR locations are more preferred. Since I am pretty early in my career, I can go a little hard on wlb side but what matters to me is the upper management and culture in a company.

Join it. This industry gonna grow in coming years. As cars24 moving toward profitability its worth to have these ESOPs. (Unless you are planning for an early switch)
