Please let me know if your company or any company/startup you know has an opening for 2024 Graduate students right now or in the near future. Hi all, I have applied on more than 2000 job applications across linkedin, cutshort,instahyre,indeed,etc. Unfortunately I have only received around 6 interviews so far and half of them were from early stage startups. Please let me know if I am going wrong somewhere or Is this normal? I have been feeling down lately because of this. Any sort of help in form of referrals is greatly appreciated.

What is your Salary and YOE ? Are you satisfied with the progress you have achieved so far ?

I finally got a job offer after being jobless for around 7-8 months now. But the company is offering me the same CTC I was previously drawing. Reasons they sighted were that I've been jobless for a long period now. Is this normal? The company is good. Has a good set of customers. Has raised good funding recently. Team seems to be good as well. But its the CTC that I'm unsure about. What to do ?! P.S. my prev CTC was also entry level pay, say 40k in hand on avg after all deductions.

Is job market recovering ? I m seeing so many job postings with 10+ lpa for freshers Still many complain abt bad market showcasing recent google layoffs I'm planning to switch , I'm not sure this is good idea or not!

Will the recession conditions will be alright around then? If any of your friends or relatives are working there or if you have any idea so please help me out I am a fresher, don't have a full time job right now doing internship will apply for only the top universities in US, I will get in most likely as per my profile. But is it recommendable to go in 2025 because people are not getting and jobs or internships there at all. Even from good colleges. Or should I stay here and prepare for GATE.

I have 10+ years of experience in PR and I’m currently working with an Indian startup. The startup is doing ok given the marker conditions (just ok) so I only got a 13% appraisal last year and my CTC is now 26L. Is this too low or is it okay?
