Hi, Anyone living in hyderabad currently? I am basically from chennai currently living in bengaluru. Likely to shift to hyderabad.. ->How is Hyderabad city? ->I am a single guy, what would be the average cost of living per month (considering a simple/miser life style) ->What about options to explore the city/weekend getaways? Hi all, It's this late at night but I still can't sleep. Getting bored already. Any fun memories to share with. I heard somewhere that your secrets are safe with strangers. Can someone here share first hand experience as an founder or as a core member, the experience they had when they approached a venture capitalist/investor to raise funds for their business? I have scanned a lot online but couldn't find any valuable post where people shared their experience trying to raise funds for the first time in India!

I remember making 7000/month and spending all of it on travelling by Uber everyday because my dad didn't let me use the car and the Summer heat was making me melt. I needed an AC so I instantly blew almost 4000 rupees/month on just Ubers. With the rest I went to a nice restaurant with my mom+dad for lunch and it is my most memorable moment in life. I felt like I had grown up. The internship was also nice and I learnt a lot of things about building systems for a startup. It was one of the best 8 weeks I had spent learning something new and cool. I bet I used to look like Shinchan in this picture when I was in the office and seeing 40 year olds talking to 20 year olds like they were their buddies. I was about to call them uncle hahaha. What was your story from your First Job/ Internship?

I applied for a Chief of Staff role at a recently funded startup and the first question during the interview this particular founder asks me is that why have I applied for this role when I don't have any experience with these kinda roles and my current and previous roles were literally working in the Founder's Office. No wonder startups don't sustain themselves in the long run.

I have been working in a FAANG as software dev for more than 3 years now. As an engineer I feel I have grown a lot but I lack technical skills to build products ground up. I am looking for a change now, how to find high growth startups? Like how to apply and search for them? What's the interview prep like?
