Father is a diabetic. Monthly medicines of metformin and januvmet. Have a glucometer, every 3 month full body tests. Control over diet and physical exercises.
Managing is easy provided someone guides properly. He took Sugarfit subscription and now has been managing well

My family switched from dosas to eggs in the morning, advanced dinner to 7pm and breakfast to 10 am. Reduced rice and added red meat. My father needs his morning tea but for better results opt for bullet coffee
