Shall I negotiate in this offer?

I am a fresher software engineer. I was an intern at a series A startup and they have offered me a pre-placement offer. This is the breakup(Yearly): Basic - 6L HRA - 2.4L Special allowance - 1.9L Food allowance - 26.4K Professional pursuit - 60K Internet - 12K Half yearly bonus - 50K PF contribution - 2K Total CTC - 12.5L Apart from this, I've also been allocated 1000 ESOPs Is there any scope of negotiation here? If yes, how do I go about it? Any advice/guidance would be very helpful!

Check with the bonus component, what is the mechanism means is it based on your performance or company performance or both? If company performance is included, try to negotiate to include this in your fixed component as much as possible. Even if it’s 10k of the overall bonus its a win! Otherwise good offer to go for!

10-12 lakhs excluding bonus, PF and other benefits is the ideal SW engg starting as of 2022-23 comp survey. You could ask - if they could touch 12 as the fixed, good.

Need help negotiating with a startup

What is a reasonable ask while negotiating with startups? Should I ask for a match or hike of X% over my TC/annum (52lk Base + 8lk Bonus + Rs30lk RSUs), or should I negotiate only over the Cash (Base + Bonus) component? A startup I’m negotiating with is not considering the RSUs I have and is offering a 8% hike only on the cash component, and is throwing in ESOPs (paper money) instead. What do I do?

Have an offer from a startup with ~20 LPA (fixed + bonuses). Also, going to get an offer from Gameskraft in the coming days. Any ideas on what is the compensation they offer to freshers? The 2022 data was: 16 L(base) + 2 L(recurring bonus) + 15 L(ESOPs over 4 years). Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks!

My background: 2024 grad, intern at an startup in Bengaluru, internship extended for 3 months recession is the reason told, no chance of fte. Now, getting an offer from a startup. Team of 15-16 people. Pre seed stage startup. Will be building product from scratch. Lots of learning. Offering decent hike and since i m part of first team...getting small equity too. Should I join this offer? I m confused. But also thinking...it is risky but a lot to learn and growth potential is v high. Tell what do u guys think??
