I am an MBA HR and Finance Graduate, currently working as a Business Development executive for 10 months. I am thinking about changing my job from BDE to HR. And I am confused about searching for jobs. I also have plans to do a Data analytics course . 1, Should I continue to do BDE? Does this field have growth ? 2, should I search for a HR job? Does this field have growth for males? 3, should I go learn Data analytics course? Does this have any opportunity for working abroad? It would be great if anyone with experience could mentor or give advice for this dilemma of mine .. thank you in advance.

Hi Guys , I am currently looking to start my online MBA from manipal. I need advice on the same whether it helps in my career or not .( The ultimate goal is to either start my business in 5 years or go abroad and work in a MNC). I am 23. But job is not ment for me tbh 😔. Have a business background but it's not stable that's why joined corporate for get some money for ok life. I'm thinking that I haven't utilised my full potential and left behind from folks around me . Right now I'm 27 and earning 22LPA as an SDE. I'm constantly worried how can I earn better or make some skills which can bring some money too as IT industry is not stable. So what could be best for me to do : My strong point is if I focus on one thing I can put more efforts into that work. The options that I could think: 1. Work on my tech skills and get into High paying IT job . 2. Pick one Govt exam and get any govt job . I'm thinking of SEBI grade A exam . 3. Pick up any skills like video editing start freelancing. 4.Prepare for MBA that might help me in longer run in corporate . Guys can you suggest which one area should I select and why . As if I focus on more than one I won't be able to fullfill any.

Hi I am currently at 1.5YOE earning around 60-65k appx I am getting opportunities to do an MBA in tier 2 colleges like IIT Roorkee, IIT Kanpur, IIM Nagpur etc Should I consider them or should I take a drop for a Tier1 MBA or should I continue to grow workex and switch in IT domain only ?

Hey there I am a 2021 graduate. Have worked for 1 year in an ed-tech giant and another year at a startup. Had a brilliant time in startup, learnt a lot and enjoyed every bit of it until couple of months back, when there were layoffs and some part of the team was asked to leave. Now I don't enjoy working here because of high amount of work, no wlb and no people to chill with and planning to switch. But with current market scenarios not sure if that's the right choice. I am also thinking to do an MBA next year probably from tier 1 tier 2 colleges. What according to you would be the best path or what you'd have chosen to do here? Profile- APM with about 1 YoE

I did my btech from IIT in 2022 and then have been working for the past 2 years. Now thinking of going for an MBA but confused about whether I should go to IIMs or go abroad for an MBA. I need help in deciding further steps as I want to plan it out for the year 2025. By that time I will have a work experience of 3 years. Also would be helpful if people can suggest which are the best sources and materials from where one should prepare for CAT & GMAT.

Hi folks, I’m a Sr. PM at a good startup currently getting 40 LPA. My total experience is 6 years (2 years PM). One of the CXOs suggested to me (over a casual conversation) to consider doing an MBA from ISB or Ivy League colleges if I can afford a career break. I know that post-MBA might not see a huge jump in CTC but from a long-term perspective do you think it would be worth it? Will it open more avenues for growth?
