How do I get out of my career stagnancy? HELP
I have been working with Infosys for past 5years(total exp) and my current salary is 20LPA CTC. I work on Apple projects and the work has become repetitive over the last three years, primarily focusing on Java, Spring, Microservices, and Elasticsearch. I really want to join a product company now, for better compensation and more engaging work, but I’m uncertain how to proceed. I’ve just been writing APIs and scheduled jobs, and at this point I think I know nothing beyond it. The thought of facing the interview processes of tech giants for senior roles is daunting. Where should I start from? How do I regain my competence?
Apply for junior roles at product companies. Practice a lot of coding and designing. Slowly then apply for senior roles and see how you perform.
Brush up your concepts and try applying to startups and once you gain confidence keep applying to more companies
