Need one suggestion

Currently I have 1 baby boy of 4 yrs old. Had one spontaneous miscarriage last year 2023 Aug. post that unable to conceive. We went for 4 months of fertility treatment, did not get success. But my wife got health issues and side effects. After that when we stopped taking treatment, health wise she is completely fine. It is 5 months since stopping treatment, health is stable now, but still unable to conceive. Should we seek doctor help again for treatment? Or should I avoid these treatments? Kindly advice. I am not in a state to take any decision. Thanks.

This is not related any professional things. It is just my personal struggle I am facing since last 1 year. Need some suggestions from people around here. I have 1 baby boy of 3.9 years old. Last year we had one spontaneous miscarriage. After that did not get success for next 5 months. Then when went to hospital, doctors started some hormonal treatment. In that also we did not able to conceive. But after the treatment, my partner got so many side effects. She got health issues. Then after 2 months of stopping treatment, now her health is back to normal. After that also 3 months passed, but still we are unable to conceive. It is been 1 year we are unable to conceive after last miscarriage. And in past both conceive was happened naturally. Our age is 31+. I am getting fear to take my wife to hospital and started fertility treatment again considering side effect we got in our last treatment. I fear if she gets healthy issues due to this treatment. Also, both time we had conceived naturally without any treatment. People around here could you please suggest on this? Should we wait for some more months before visit hospital ? Or we should start the fertility treatment straight away? Sorry for asking this type question here. Please ignore it if you don’t want answers. Hope you can understand my situation. Thanks.

We did not get success, rather got health issues and side effect. So, we stopped the treatment and now the health is back to normal. But same unable to conceive for second kid. Now, again if we go to hospital, mostly doctor will ask for minimally invasive or invasive procedures. Because the normal treatments & test are already completed. So, should we compromise the health to restart these fertility treatments and diagnosis procedures again? Or we should wait & let it happen naturally whenever it supposed to happen and rest leave it to God? I am in the stage of confusion. I am unable to decide whether to go to hospital or not. I know here most mature & intelligent people are present. So, please share your useful advice on this. What would be your take on this? Thanks.

Are fertility treatments good? It’s side effects are long term or short term? If we have conceived 1 child naturally in past & now struggling to conceive for 2nd pregnancy, then should we seek fertility treatments? If we seek then after how many years of naturally trying we can go for fertility treatment? Kindly advice if you have idea on this. Thanks.

I am almost 31 now. Usually in our families, by this time, married couple is having a kid at least. We don’t want to have kid only because i work in startups. Last 2-3 years were tough from job security point of view and I don’t want to get into a situation when I don’t have job to support the family and kid or I need to change locations frequently because of jobs. Is this common for more folks? Thoughts? PS - I have emergency fund of 6-8 months.

I have seen if anyone have already 1 kid which was happened naturally, then for 2nd kid even if they are unable to conceive for long time, still they don’t prefer any treatment to conceive. They want to go for natural try only if at all that happen. And if not the prefer to stay happy with 1 kid. What is the reason for this? They don’t want to take any risk on their health? Or any other things? Can anyone please suggest? Thanks.

I’m 30 YO. My CCTC is 15 LPA I have my own home in a TI city. Hence I don’t have to pay any rent. I current SIP amount is 30,000 per month I started investing in 2021 and have been increasing my investment amount by 10% every year. I will be getting married sometime this year end. My fiancé and I might have a child in the next 4-5 years. In addition to SIP, I invest in PPF. Have invested for 3 years and will continue to do so for the next 15+ years. My current net worth- including stocks, FDs. MF is around 30 Lakhs. I don’t aspire to buy a new car or a new bike. I will be buying an electric scooter to my fiancé after marriage. Am I on the right track? My monthly expenses is around 20-30k. 10k goes away for going out. 5-8k for hairfall and skin treatment Rest of the amount includes health insurance, life insurance, car insurance, bike insurance, bike maintenance etc. I have an emergency fund of around 6 lakhs as FD. Am I on the right track. I want to work till the age of 60. I know it sounds stupid in this day and age but this is what I want to do. I feel lost in this matter. I’ll be making a switch soon- dunno when but soon. Will increase my SIP investment after I make a switch

Me and my wife are 30 years old software engineer with no kids. Draw 7 lac a month please some yearly bonus. We invest 2 lac a month combined into equity market through mutual funds. Expenses: 1.5 lac a month including everything, lives in Bangalore in good society, owns a car, don't thing much before spending. Still after everything left with 3 lakhs every month in bank account. Not sure how to use that. We both don't have any fancy "shauk" where we can spend and hence don't have an urge to earn more. Any suggestions???
