What to ask for salary at a fintech stock broking startup?

I recently cleared the interviews for a very well seed funded startup. I want to know how should I negotiate? HR has asked me to tell the expectations, how to benchmark it? Also, how much ESOPs should I ask for? YOE-1.5

Urgent advice needed. Have an ‘marketing head’ offer from a small tech product company. Total 20 YOE. Switching industry. How much salary should I expect? It’s not exactly a startup in the true sense of the term. A legacy company which has “transformed” itself.

I’m currently interviewing with cars 24 and expecting an offer from them by this week The rough numbers given to me are base: mid 40s and 10% variable bonus (overall comes around near 50LPA) (There is no other component apart from these) I need help with the following: 1. HR told me they don’t give ESOPs etc. I just wanted to confirm if I should negotiate on this because on Leetcode I’m seeing they offered joining bonus as well as ESOPs. 2. Hi, I got an offer from a Series B startup and they are giving me 3000 shares of ESOPs vested over 4 years. Right now the value of each shares are worth $5 and has a potential to grow after new funding rounds this year. I feel 3000 shares is less and want to negotiate for more. In your experience can anyone tell me how much ESOPs (shares) have you received from new startups? And was it benefecial in the long run? Any input is appreciated.

So in sept 2022, i made the reverse switch that is Startup--->traditionally run nbfc. The current co. Where I work is operational since 2017, profitable (~PAT of 30crs) With 3 years and 10 months of work ex I'm currently reporting to the business head and I'm the only product manager/owner for their new business unit. Current hikes have matched the nbfc standards however the CTC still feels on the lower end. Looking for some advice on what the fintech/new age nbfc's have on offers. Current CTC :14.3 LPA (Hybrid) Experience : 2.7 years Offered CTC : 20LPA From a high growth fintech startup (5days wfo ) Should I accept?

Recently, I've completed 1 year into my role and my CTC is 16LPA. The company is a startup, and I've got ESOPs which are included in CTC. It has been an year, and I'm thinking of making a switch. But still can't decide whether I should bet on ESOPs and stay, or get a higher pay and switch? The company culture is pretty good, and it's a remote role, plus not much work load. :) But apparently, I'm worried if everyone else is making a switching companies with a 50% raise, why should I stick with 10% appraisal at a single company? Would love to hear your thoughts.

I got a offer where i will get the equity. Does people really make money when company get sold considering in my case if i get 1% equity. Also how does it work? Suppose when we start valuation of the company is 1 cr so my part will be 1L. Now in the next round suppose the valuation is 10cr then does it increase my equity to 10L or it dilute my % of equity? Suppose if the company is sold at 100cr, do i really get 1 cr? Kindly let me know how it works and really people make money or not if it get sold.
