You need to give more details, otherwise just based on CTC, looks like a good increment. Consider the company culture (WFO), tech stack you will be working with, and in general learning opportunities.

Tech stack is the same as current organisation: C# , .Net , Azure.
Concerned about the work culture they have 5 days wfo with strict 9-6 timings
Eventually everyone will start wfo, just check if the ofc located near your stay and also the ofc culture, its really nice opportunity
