Im a Fresher and having 4 Months of Internship Experience and Learning Flutter from 1.5 Years in Collage! I Have Some Questions:- 1. What is the Maximum Package of Experienced Flutter Developer? 2. Have we need to learn more related technologies like React-Native, Android Development using Kotlin etc. to be employeeble in market? 3. Any More Suggestions and Recommendations from your side is appreciated!

I am react native developer 1.7 years of experience in the skills. I want to upgrade my skills but I am confused which one to choose Swift or flutter. According to market and future path.

I'm a 2nd year student. Teaching myself native iOS app development + algorithmic problem solving + core CS subjects. Now I have exactly 6 months left before the summer internship cycle starts. Turns out there aren't many iOS focused internships out there and I would very much like to future proof my intern prospects. What do you ,experienced folks, suggest I learn so that I can not only make decent projects but also contribute and learn while interning. Right now I'm inclined towards learning Backend development in Java+Spring Boot. If you have any other suggestions, kindly send them my way. Also to the folks who work with Java/Spring Boot, what level of complexity of projects would be the bare minimum to leave a good impression? As a fresher in an IT company working as a backend developer, I am really confused with how to proceed ahead for growth in my career. I have two options : 1.Learn Frontend and be Full stack dev 2. Move to devops I need advice which would be more feasible and why. Keeping interests aside as of now since I would be new to both domains. Any new ideas or domains are also welcomed!

For the past 1.5 yrs, I have been working for a legacy product and hence didn't learn any new technologies. This job was right out of college and hence I didn't pick this. Entire takeaway from 1.5 yrs was 1. Simple Java(version 8) code (no frameworks) 2. SVN for version control 3. Dealt with millions of lines of code and hundreds of services in one single file. No new technologies, no cloud, no databases. But I am very confident and fluent in Data Structures and Algorithms ( Masters in Theory CS from top IIT). What shall I learn next to keep up with the IT industry? I don't have any particular interest towards say DevOps, BigData. I just like to solve problems. Please advice.

I have 1.5 years of exp only in flutter now one company rejected me saying sorry we need senior developer with above 3 years of exp and other told me that we need a junior they cannot pay me as my previous job. Where do I lie 🤔?

Hi Everyone, After Amazon 6 months Intern, Few months back I have joined another MNC, the company culture is quite good, they offer Work from Anywhere but I am not getting good quality of work. Mostly getting bug fixing or some small feature implementation. I feel like I am not learning anything new. Can you guys suggest me what should I do in this situation as a new grad. Also considering the current market situation.
