Hybrid work model

Is it a good time for early in career(1.5 YoE) to join Google India. I am curious about their current culture like WFH policies, management outlook, direction of company, growth opportunity etc in Bangalore offices only. What can you tell as an insider to someone on the outside looking at Google for possible next switch. Also, are there opportunities to shift from Bangalore to other location outside India?

I'm in Marketing & looking to switch to a company where there is good work life balance.

Hi guys, people working at Infosys , I need details on hybrid wfo/wfh policy at Infosys. I hear it's 10 days a month. Can anybody from Infosys let me know , if we need to work 10 days from the base location, or any location where there is an Infy office will do ?

I know some projects in persistent allows work from home. Please share your company or projects

Folks, This is my first post. I wanted your input on switching my completely in-office job (mandatory 5 days in office with zero scope for WFH unless for emergencies). I’m looking for a remote-first company and willing to switch for 35-40% hike from my current CTC. I’m holding another job offer currently (30%hike) - during the initial screening they offered me Hybrid but after interviews they stated it’s mandatory WFO. Can anyone advise how the markets are looking and what expectations I should hold on to while on the job hunt? Any referrals in a remote-first organisation would be much appreciated. Location: Bangalore Expectation: Remote or Hybrid but location needs to be in Mumbai. Thanks folks for reading on till now!
