How is the wlb, performance hike, timings and average salary at Razorpay for Analytics
Don’t recommend. I work closely with Analytics and the work is mundane at best. Data is very haphazard - half of the useful parameters are either not captured or captured incorrectly. And the WLB at Razorpay is shit. On some days there will be no work, on others people are expected to work 24*7 across weekends. Finally, there is insane degree of bureaucracy. Not sure what designation you are joining at, but if it is below Director, you will struggle to make an impact.
Don’t join Razorpay, unless you are in the Product team. That is the only team where you have some say. Everything else is pretty bad.
Not to mention that the hikes are non existent, even if you are promoted. 5% has been the average for last 2 years in most roles.

This is helpful to make informed decision. Also is it remote for roles till Manager or you are strictly expected to be in office?
