Gluten + lactose free meals on Sunday in Bellandur?

I’m struggling with the fact that cooks/house workers don’t come on Sunday (this was never a problem in NCR!) I am on gluten + lactose free diet and don’t want to cook three meals/eat out every Sunday. Any reccos for meal delivery/cooks in Bellandur that are promising? I seriously fall sick if I eat out often. Help out a bro.

Simple answer: meal prep. Ask your cook to meal prep for sunday(atleast 1 meal) You can make brf yourself, pretty easy. Also bro dosa is gluten free, and you have a udupi, paakashala or any other south indian(read: bharatian xD) eatary 100m from you all times in bangalore Quinoa is gluten free, easy to cook as well, add some grilled chicken and you good. Also if you dont wanna do any of the above, hire a private chef or pay your cook extra for sundays or get a cook specifically for sundays PS- ChatGPT this shit man, you can easily learn to cook yourself specifically for your body needs

Folks, are there any good tiffin services around HSR Layout? Is it better to rather have a cook prepare food at your house? Suggestions please. I want to eat healthy.
