People who have moved out and make meals on their own, what do you guys eat for breakfast?

Drop your fav. low effort - high calorie recipies. The most common out there are the oats PB shake + Soya bean rice. Also any tips on how to stuff food as I generally have a low appetite and can't bring myself to finish the food infront of me.

To all married and working couples out there, how do you folks manage 8hours of work as well as cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner? Do you guys survive on outside food or have a maid for cooking? If you both have divided the responsibilities then who does what?

I eat out every day.The vegetarian options at my office are very limited, and I also generally don't prefer veg. I usually go for biryani or chapati with chicken alternate days or andhra meal, and the same goes for my online orders—it's mostly chicken biryani.
