Look up what anti-nutrients are. Soyabean and lentils have high quantities of them. Only dairy products can substitute whey, but have wayy(pun intended) more carbs and fat.
Always try to avoid soya products as much as possible. They damage thyroid functioning.
Soak overnight:
2 spoon green moong daal
2 spoon chic pea
10 almonds
5 walnuts
5 figs
2 spoon of raisins
handfull of peanuts
Have them as a breakfast
If you are working out then not an issue. Yes, going above 12 is not healthy. Also, over-all diet pe depend.

Just by not counting calories and proteins. Eat regular home made food, daal roti sabzi dahi etc..
Occasional homemade fastfood..
Don't overstress over protein and vitamins etc.

I replaced my rotis with cheelas. Honestly I just like cheelas, and this was a super fun way to reduce my carbs and increase protein. But I couldn’t sustain it. I used to strength train but once I started running, I really needed those carbs
