How do you consistently hit your daily protein goals?
I'm struggling to consistently hit my daily protein goals, which should be around 150 grams given my body weight. How do you all manage to consistently achieve this? Apart from chicken, eggs, whey protein, paneer, milk, and peas, what are some other good sources of protein? Are protein bars a reliable option? I'm concerned about the preservatives and sugar content in them. Any insights or details would be appreciated.
Usually, protein bars use Maltitol (to replace sugar) which in itself is a poor sugar substitute. It spikes your blood sugar and has a poor glycemic index. Everytime you read “No Sugar or Sugar free”, carefully read about the substitute. If you have to, prefer stevia or monk fruit (plant based substitutes) which can be consumed by body easily.

Already mentioned apart from these two. Btw I am having 12 egg whites daily 🥲
And milk has less protein, more fats. If I'll increase the quantity further. Likely to get belly instead of muscles.

Any freshwater or saltwater varieties. Even prawns. Fish oil and extracts are also beneficial.
