Plant based protein powder

Hi folks, how does one complete their daily protein intake? I have heard plant based protein like the ones coming from dal are not effective enough for muscle building. Thoughts and recommendations from experience?

1. What’s your daily Protien intake and sources? 2. How long have you been training? 3. What other supplements do you take? I’m keen to start with my fitness journey. Currently I cycle, on weekends I do around 50km. On weekdays I walk/ jog for 9-10 km.

Which protein powder should I use as a beginner and is it recommended to use protein powder. Or should I start eating more egg whites and other natural sources of protein.

I am new to fitness journey coming from vegetarian background protein intake is not at par. I tried taking whey protein for ATOM flavour choco hazel fusion but taste was unbearable. I know for some people taste doesn't matter but for me it does. Any suggestions for whey protein flavour.

I am a vegetarian trying to include more protein in my diet without using protein powders. I tried to make tofu at home, did not like the taste. Tried the Briya tofu and i absolutely hate it. But I like the tofu thats served in pan-asian restaurants. its so soft and feels more like paneer. Any suggestions on where can I find such Tofu?
