How do I become more present and not worry about past/future/other distractions?
For a while now I've been trying to become more self aware, wary of my own patterns, triggers. Trying to see things for what they are. This feels like a good starting point. People who have changed and improved this aspect of their life please share some suggestions that worked for you.
Journaling.
Nothing works better than maintaining a log and capturing the highs / lows.
