Unable to decide.

I'm trying to find a job in tech from some time but didn't receive any positive resposne yet. although i have one yr of experience and after that there's more than a year of gap and it seems impossible now to get a job back even in tech support for me. I'm thinking of joining any good institute in ameerpet for upskilling either in cloud or data science field. do anyone know which institites are actually good in terms of giving proper training and (might be placement support, it'll be good add on) ? if anyone knows about it or already studying there could guide me for finding best institutes in ameerpet and what would be the approx cost (institute + living expenses) ? i know there are many options online and free but it seems i am stuck in choice paralysis and procrastination that once i will get a job then i will start learning along and i end up just applying for jobs and studying for that only but there's no luck for me right now. so, yeah if anyone could help it would be grateful. thanks.

I have been working in this startup for around 1.5 years now, and soon I am going to be the only developer here, as the other 2 devs are going to leave soon. The company is now calling me to Bangalore. I am thinking as there will be no devs my growth will be very less, as this is my first organisation after graduation. I want to switch to I.T/ Tech; however I am not sure if I'll be able to learn and grasp everything now. Also, I do not know which path/ domain to pursue. Cloud computing, AWS, AZure, Devops, Data Science, Business Analyst, Data analyst, Salesforce, Front end, Back end, Testing etc. it's damn confusing and scary. I have zero coding knowledge, although I completed my grads in I.T, wish I had tried harder back then. Today I am living a lost life doing a call center type customer support job earning a meagre salary compared to my peers. I really want to get some certification/course done and switch to I.T/ Tech role. Please suggest something which doesn't involve a lot of coding. At present, I am out of job, I'm ready to dedicate next 6 months- 1 year to full-time learning. Please help and guide me which path to take. Thanks for your time. 🙏🏼

I'm thinking that I haven't utilised my full potential and left behind from folks around me . Right now I'm 27 and earning 22LPA as an SDE. I'm constantly worried how can I earn better or make some skills which can bring some money too as IT industry is not stable. So what could be best for me to do : My strong point is if I focus on one thing I can put more efforts into that work. The options that I could think: 1. Work on my tech skills and get into High paying IT job . 2. Pick one Govt exam and get any govt job . I'm thinking of SEBI grade A exam . 3. Pick up any skills like video editing start freelancing. 4.Prepare for MBA that might help me in longer run in corporate . Guys can you suggest which one area should I select and why . As if I focus on more than one I won't be able to fullfill any.

Am currently in a circuital branch of a nit (graduating in 2025) preparing for tech jobs , not one of those brilliant minds , okayish on leetcode trying to cover major dsa topics and important questions. But everyday I keep hearing about layoffs, AI, recession, cost cutting etc Should I do something different, should I keep preparing for tech jobs or I should shift to core jobs or GATE, really confused !!

I work as a Senior Operations Associate, work is challenging and I learn a lot everyday, but I want more money, because I work really hard. The thing is the company culture and all is very good and on top of it, it's fully remote, hence I am afraid if I'll find the same thing in other places or not. Will complete 2 years in next few weeks, and I've observed that lately the work I've been doing somewhat aligns with Management, Strategy, Growth and Consulting roles (read some JDs on LinkedIn and Indeed for some positions and more than 60-70% were common with what I do almost everyday) Hence I'm in a dilemma what to do what not to do. Anyone went through the same phase please share your experience. Any suggestions for good certifications or courses that can help me outstand or be better in this field will be really appreciateed (better if non expensive 🥲) T.I.A.

I'm in serious trouble. I was an sde for 3+ years. Didn't like it, thought it's not meant for me and wanted a different job. Came across Product management, which piqued my interest. Somehow found a contract job at a startup and did it for a year. While it's not a traditional PM, it was more of a project manager. The contract ended, now I'm unemployed. Applied for jobs, no luck. Now I'm questioning my career choices, should I stick with PM or should I go back to being a techie. I definitely don't want to go back to coding, but I'm thinking of doing something like IAM/okta/cyberark stuff. Experienced folks, please help. I literally don't know where am I headed in life

I am currently working as QA at Keysight technologies which is a Electronics company, mainly focusing on automation with basic python.But I want to switch as backend developer, should I gain expierience of year as QA or join startup immediately at any pay?

I'm curious and eager to self-learn, but I'm lost on where to start.What skills should I focus on? What resources and platforms are best for self-learning? I dream of landing a good paycheck someday and need your advice.

I'm working in service based company in worst tech (acc to me ). There are not enough projects still they hire so many freshers . Current now I'm 1 year 3 months exp I'm doing self study of data engineer and done some decent project . Should I plan for internal switch or look for outside opportunities. Will I get atleast mid senior role outside?(im planning after 2 years exp) I don't wanna start again in entry level. What checklist should I follow to successful switch. I didn't get any hike for my first year( that's y I'm planning all this) I respect every advice and criticism in my plan Thanks in advance.
