Whats the best answer to say to HR , when you already serving notice period and they ask you whats the reason for your job switch.
I said it openly after I resigned at my first job. After spending 4 years at this role, I now believe I need to learn a bit more to do it in a better way, and I want to get a lot more perspectives. I'd love to join back in future again.
