Need help with improving my resume ATS score. Any link where I can download .doc format? Or any recognized person/ consultency can help with this

I'm working at Infosys as a Specialist Programmer since 3 years starting my career. Unfortunately I've not picked up in any good development projects. I have no good projects which i can showcase in my resume due to which my ATS score is too low (below 50). I tried to improve it through suggestions online but it didn't help. I need suggestions here and maybe any guidelines on how to make my resume ATS friendly. I'm thinking of making dummy projects and adding to work experience in resume.

I've been applying for Senior Product Manager jobs and have got experience of 6 years as a developer once and as Product Manager in B2B and B2C sectors. I always get automated responses from companies. I'm starting to wonder if that's because of low ATS scores or something else which is wrong with the Resume.

Hello bhai log , currently I'm CV's ATS score is 50-55 according according to the job description so I think that's why my CV get rejected every times. I have changed it multiple times, insert suggested keywords, designed in new format but it's not increasing. Need your help so that it could achieve 80+. Btw I'm looking for data analyst role. How to get the ATS score for your Resume? Where I can see that and how?

I mean its so hard to get a referral or is it just me? Basically, 1. Everyone on linkden is basically an influencer, though with a legit experience and ofcourse technical skills, its more like everyone is just there to flaunt and I practically see no one actually being helped or helping. 2. Only on a personal level, I guess having met them, do people take you seriously, that still is a low probability. So my question is, if you were an average Joe in this job market, how would you approach people to have them actually land an interview let alone be selected?
