Kuch bhi. Congress is delaying Visas to Chinese engineers. Congress is allowing model code of conduct to interfere with this. 🤷🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️

It's doesn't matter to this Govt. Majority of the people living along the corridor don't vote.
Sorry, not now. Busy in dividing the state on basis of language. Will think about this in next elections.

There are 2 issues: while the trains are shipped, there's delay in Visas for Chinese engineers who have to come here. Second it'll run into model code of conduct for elections. And then for inauguration. So definitely July-August
