Technologies to keep on radar

So basically I'd prefer to work in an industry which would grow exponentially while I'm in my early 30s. Examples include web3, AI etc In order to be there while the growth happens, I'm okay to risk it and grind while being an early adopter. What are some industries/professions you think meet this criteria?
