Choice between Wells and CTS

Please help decide. Which one should I join?

Got offers from these two companies. TCS is offering 2 lacks more thank LTIM. At LTIMindtree I have to go to office 2-3 days/week but in TCS everyday. Suggestions are appreciated.

I am in North Right Now. Company A : 21 CTC All fixed, relo to BLR required Company B : 18 CTC All Fixed, WFH Yoe : 1.5 SDE

I have recently been offered Architect/Tech Lead position at TCS. I did some research and found I might get C3A level. I will be working on AI ML Domain (Generative AI). How much salary Can I Negotiate for I am currently have 20 LPA salary (17 fixed). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I don't know anyone working in TCS hence asking in this forum TCS folks please Assemble and Help!!

Hi Folks. I'm a Project Management Professional with 8 years of work experience in PPM, PMO, PM, GRC, TMO, etc. Very good experience in Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Project Management & PPM Tools. I've great EQ and IQ, and have always been the person to get the work done. Hold a TATA Value Award as well. Due to some unfortunate turn of events, I had to go through a bad phase and took time off for 2-3 months in early 2024. Now, I've got few offers but not happy with the offered CTC. I'm from core Engineering background and hold a Project Management Certification. My last drawn CTC was 20 LPA all fixed. Trying for >25 LPA. Current Location is Kolkata and I can relocate to other cities. Looking forward to start my next employment soon and I'm in dire need of this. Could you please check and refer me for suitable opportunities? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks 🙏

How to negotiate properly? Anytime we could get to do it on our CCTC or the holding offer (2-3L extra). But if I feel the company could pay more than it + my skills are worth it. How to put that out? Many times I get to see a response that your numbers are high compared to your current CTC / max we can give 2L more than your holding offer not more than it. Example: CCTC : 10LPA, holding : 15LPA, mostly HRs try to settle me at 17LPA max. But through some research if I see the same companies are paying somewhere between 18-22LPA, so I can get offered 22LPA also right! So in such cases how to know the range of hiring? how to negotiate to maximum(realistically) without any regrets and get the best, especially when I am expecting a 100% hike or more?. Does interview performance affect salary? Pour your input guys.

Y.O.E-3.7 years Current CTC - 7.74 I have given two rounds of interview L1 & L2 in the LTIMINDTREE for Senior Data Engineer position and today got a call from them that I have selected. Can you please let me know how much I should ask as the expectation CTC? And also please let me know when they will release the offer letters once we completed with the selection process?

I got offered a position in Adobe as an Architect YOE 12 33 base + bonus 5L bonus. RSU - 50K USD across 4 years PF etc - 2.5L Am I being lowballed? My current CTC is 29.3L with 32% variable on top of it. I tried negotiating but with no luck, RSU was increased from 40K to 50K as a result of that.

Hey folks! I've been working as a Product Manager for the past three years. Got to know about the salary ranges of dev folks in my org. Also, Thanks to this app in a way as well for more details on salary levels. I'm just posting here to check if my wife is underpaid. Experience - 6 years Domain - QA Skills - API testing, DB testing, Moded testing, Performance testing, CI/CD. CTC - 16 Fixed + 1 Variable. Pls share your inputs. I've been pushing her to switch for a better pay. Not sure if it's worth. So wanted to check with folks who will have some knowledge on this.
