Exploring Seed Funding Options for Our AI Innovation

Hey everyone, We've got an exciting journey ahead, and we're at a crossroads. Our AI startup is all set to take off, but we're fighting with an important question: should we seek funding for our startup ? Here's the scoop: Our team is hard at work on a game-changing problem-solving service platform. Right now, we've got the skills to create the entire product, but most of us are Python enthusiasts, and we could use some extra hands with diverse talents to take our venture to the next level, which do require funding. The story behind our decision to dive into the startup world is the success of our previous project. It gained some impressive traction, fueling our desire to turn it into a startup. But there's a hurdle on the horizon - funding. And also the investment landscape is in a bit of a winter chill right now. In this economic condition should you join a pre seed startup? Let's assume founders have good experience in the startup ecosystem have a working product and some paid customers, but still figuring out what the product will be after a year or so And the product at core uses ai Can't tell the whole thing as its pretty small company right now and don't want to discuss something about them publicly

I have a couple of friends who are working on a health tech idea for 3 months now. Both of them are quite experienced (7-10 yoe) in their respective fields and have been working on this after their full time job. The project is gaining some momentum now and they’re seeing early interests from investors for a seed round already. It’s a very complex project with low success chances but if it succeeds, it’s a game changer. They are looking for someone with 7-10 yoe in AI/ML to join the founding team. Anybody who’s very good with numbers, would love to go deep in research and has worked in startups would be a great fit. Would be happy to make introductions if anybody’s interested.

I have an idea to build an application, where can I pitch / find an angel investor? No shark tank, please.

So currently working on a very small scale start-up as a founding engineer (ik), recently got a contact of a seed investor who is also working as CFO in an unicorn, I wanted to reach out to him for seed investment but I'm pretty much unaware of what I should write to him, I'm more into technical side of the company. Should I talk business numbers and the scale at which we are operating and the sales? Or what exactly should I propose him?
